What is service

The Christchurch earthquake has shown us what the human spirit is all about especially when it comes to those acts of heroism, random acts of kindness and the gifts of 'service' to other's in somany diverse ways.

It reminds us that 'nobody can do everything but everyone can do something' - Anon.

It also made me think of Mother Teressa's words - 'I am a little pencil in the hand of a writing God who is sending a love letter to the world' (in this case - to Christchurch).
