Who are we?
The Auckland Branch is comprised of around 80 celebrants located all around the Auckland Region. We hold meetings every two months with the aim of:

• learning something to support our celebrant practice
• experiencing ceremonial space
• sharing and having fun together

We are a diverse group of talented and wonderful celebrants and we each bring something of ourselves that creates our Auckland Branch identity. Taken from ‘Great Occasions’ edited by Carl Seaburg, Skinner House Books 1998, Michael G Young writes:

"You come, each from your own yesterdays, retaining the integrity of who you are and who you are becoming, to share your own becoming with the free and hopeful tomorrows of this diverse and unique congregation. You will share in the possibilities and the responsibilities of the membership. Your voice will become part of the drama of our life together, and we trust that as you are able you will take your place in our councils of leadership."

We bring ourselves, all that we are, to learn, to experience and to share in the development of the CANZ Auckland Branch. In doing so we develop ourselves as we continue on our journey as celebrants. What a fabulous win-win situation.
